Vermont Select Yearling Sale

The Vermont Spring Classic Morgan Horse Show has announced the inception of the Vermont Select Yearling Sale. Twenty fillies and colts will be hand picked from the nation's top breeders and presented at public auction in a formal and elegant setting. The sale will be Friday evening, May 17, 2002, at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Northampton, Mass. and held in conjunction with the Vermont Spring Classic Morgan Horse Show, May 15-18.

"We are very excited about the response to this new venture," said sale coordinator Bonnie Sogoloff. "Our early consignments represent today's finest bloodlines. The sale will be a chance to acquire a future World Champion as well as have a very entertaining evening."

Harold Cochran of West Middlesex, PA will be the auctioneer; with Bill Carrington of Murfreesboro, TN reading pedigrees.
