UPHA Chapter 12 Fundraiser Bahamas Cruise

November 27, 2009, join all your UPHA friends for a weekend cruise to the Bahamas, sailing from Port Canaveral to Nassau and Coco Cay (Private Island). Invite all your customers, friends, family and neighbors to join us all for a weekend of camaraderie and fundraising good times. A portion of the price will be returned back to UPHA Chapter 12.

Rates are Per Person Based on Double occupancy and include taxes and port charges:

Ocean view (Category H) $466.04

Superior Ocean view (Category SO) $546.04

Junior Suite w/ balcony (Category GS) $786.04

Grand Suite w/ balcony (Category OS) $1,236.04

3rd & 4th person in a cabin $286.04

Deposit of $150 due by February 16, 2009 with a bi-monthly payment plan. ((DEADLINE EXTENDED!!) Final payment is due by September 1, 2009.
