Lee Shipman of Mesa, AZ will be unable to participate as a judge at the 2003 Tanbark Horse Show. Steve Allred, of Winston Salem, NC, will now complete the judging panel, along with Michael Craighead and Sandra Lilly. The Tanbark Show will be held in St. Paul, MN, June 25-28, 2003.
