Simmons’ Stable Preservation is having its Annual Barn-B-Q and Auction at the historic Simmons’ Stable, 701 W. Boulevard in Mexico, MO on Sunday, September 14th at 12:00 noon. Tickets are $20 and are available at Jim Stubblefield Furniture 104 S. Jefferson Street, Mexico, Mo (573-581-2880) or by contacting Bobette Balser Wilson at 573-473-5930. The auction will follow the meal, serving starts at 12:30. All proceeds go towards restoration.
