Renee Lavery New Secretary of UPHA
Wednesday, November 14, 2001
Well known horsewoman and judge Renee Lavery has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors of the United Professional Horsemen’s Association in the position of secretary. The longtime Sharon Center, Ohio, resident owns and operates Richlon Farms with her husband Lonnie and her daughter Lindsay.
Lavery is no stranger to the UPHA. She has been a member of the association for over 25 years and has assisted both her husband and her father-in-law, Richard Lavery, during their terms as president of the organization.
Lavery replaces UPHA icon Shirley Parkinson, who is stepping down after decades of service to the UPHA as Secretary.
