The Owen County 4-H Fair & Horse Show will be held at the Owen County Fairgrounds in Owenton, Ky., on Monday, July 16, 2012, beginning at 6:00 p.m. There will be a full slate of classes for Saddlebred, Morgan, Arabian, Academy and Miniature Horses.
