Mildred Ruth Hudgins, age 82, passed away March 10, 2009. She was a wonderful mom, grandmother and friend to all. Hudgins was active in her local church and was an avid Saddlebred supporter who enjoyed attending shows. She was a familiar sight in the stands while she watched her grandchildren, Amy and Holly Hein, exhibit.

Hudgins was preceded in death by husband, T. Herschel Hudgins; and brothers, Earl Vaughn and Jonas Vaughn. She is survived by children, Delois (Troy) Pierce, Howard (Chris) Hudgins, Jeana (Dan) Hein; grandchildren, Kenny (Terri) Lavender, Kathy (Bill) Miller, Scott (Mary) Hudgins, Vance (Sally) Hudgins, Jennifer (Robby) Christian, Amy Hein and Holly Hein; and 10 great-grandchildren.
