Obituary - Grace Alma Heath



Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Grace Heath who passed away on Monday, December 28, 2009. Grace was the wife of Ralph Heath and the mother of long-time road horse and Hackney exhibitor Don Heath.  Ralph and Grace exhibited road and draft horses many years ago and were often seen out at the horse shows when they were in better health.

Grace Alma Heath passed away peacefully on Monday, December 28, 2009 at Hastings Manor in her 94th year. Beloved wife of Ralph Heath for 72 years. Loving Mother of Don Heath (Joanne) of Milton ON & Carol Mason of Frankford ON.

Predeceased by siblings Gladys Fitchett (Gerald), Blanche Gibson & Evelyn Reid (Walter), & Brother in Law Clifford Heath (Marjorie).  Loved by her 6 grandchildren Kathy Galbraith (Gunnar), Ken Galbraith (Kathy), Lisa Galbraith, Derek Mason (Terra), Carrie Sutton (Barry) & Laurie Palmer (Kevin). Fondly remembered by 11 great grandchildren Halie, Jari, Jaymes, Mitchell, Sarah, Ty, Taylor, Abigail, Rory, Elizabeth Rose & Braeden.

Friends are invited to the BURKE FUNERAL HOME, 150 Church St., Belleville, Ontario, Canada on Sunday, January 3, 2010. A funeral will be celebrated in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Visitation 1-3 p.m. prior to the service. Interment Springbrook Cemetery at a later date.
