NY Stallion Service Auction Adds Purina Mills as Corporate Sponsor

The NY Stallion Service Auction (NYSSA) is pleased to announce that Purina Mills Inc. has signed on as major corporate sponsor of its 20^th annual Stallion Service Auction.   As part of its major sponsorship role, Purina will host a symposium and social event on the day of the auction, and will assist in the NY Stallion Service Auction advertising campaign.  “The NYSSA has established itself as the premier Morgan horse stallion service auction in the country, and Purina Mills is thrilled to be associated with its future success”, Joe Hafele, Purina Mills.

The NYSSA differentiates itself from other auctions by “Paying for Performance”.  All offspring of stallions sold in the NYSSA are eligible for substantial prize money as weanlings In-Hand, and again as four-year-old performance horses at the NY Morgan Regional Championship Horse Show held in September each year in Syracuse, NY.  Offspring of the NYSSA 2007 auction are eligible for a total of $53,000 in prize money, $40,000 of which will be paid out in their four year old performance division in 2012.
