New York Morgan Regional Championship Horse Show Update On Sweepstakes And Futurity Classes

Due to the cancellation of the 2020 NY Morgan Horse Show, the weanlings and four-year-olds eligible for the 2020 NY Stallion Service Auction Sweepstakes classes will be able to show in the Sweepstakes classes in 2021 as yearlings and five year-olds. They will show against their own age group in 3 additional classes to the Friday evening schedule. This should make for an exciting evening of Sweepstakes classes as the weanlings and four-year-old classes will go on as usual. Please visit the NYSSA website to see if your horse is eligible.  http://nymorganstallions.com/eligible20.html

The 2020 three-year-olds eligible for the NY Breeders’ Futurity classes, will be allowed to show next year as four-year-olds without paying additional Futurity fees. This will result in 3 additional classes to the Saturday morning schedule (colts, mares, and championship.) The rest of the Futurity classes will run as usual in 2021. The dates of the 2021 show are September 15-18.
