New Show for Saddlebreds in Harrodsburg

The Spring Jubilee Charity Horse Show, co-sponsored by the Mercer County Fair and Kentucky Walking Horse Association Ladies Auxiliary, is a newly expanded multi-breed show scheduled for
April 19-21, 2007 at the fabled Mercer County Fairgrounds in Harrodsburg, Ky.

A full slate of classes for Saddlebreds, Hackney ponies, and roadsters has been added to the existing Walking Horse classes at the request of Saddle Horse exhibitors wanting the Mercer County Fair to sponsor an early spring show. It also provides the opportunity for the Kentucky Walking Horse Ladies Auxiliary to grow the event it has sponsored for 20 years. Judges for the 2007 show are Brian Chappell (ASB) and Don Campbell (TWH).

The show is affiliated with Kentucky Association of Fairs & Horse Shows, Central Kentucky Horse Show Association, South Central Hackney Association, Kentucky Walking Horse Association, Eastern Kentucky Walking & Racking Association, and Ohio Valley Walking Horse Association.
