NC State Championship Returns to Three Judge Panel



The 52nd Annual North Carolina State Championship Charity Horse Show will host a three judge panel for the Saddlebreds, Roadsters, and Hackneys. The show is scheduled for Sept. 16-20, 2009 at the Governor James B. Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh, N.C.

Melissa Moore, Renee Lavery and Phil Price will share the judging duties and in addition, Lavery will judge the Morgan division. Moore has been selected to judge the academy classes. The show is USEF rated and sanctioned by ASAC.

The Five-Gaited Stake is offering prize money of $5000 and the five-gaited division will also host a UPHA Pink Ribbon Ladies Five-Gaited class Friday night to benefit the Susan G. Komen For A Cure organization.

The Fine Harness Stake will offer $5000 in added money and the Three-Gaited Stake offers prize money of $2000.

A Grand National Yearling class is also included in the schedule.
