Morgan Judging Change at UPHA 14 Spring Premiere

Show manager Kent Moeller has announced a judging change for the Morgan divisions for this year's UPHA 14 Spring Premiere, held April 18-21 at the Eastern States Exposition Center in West Springfield, Massachusetts.
