Reports from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin are that Lynda Freseth lost a battle with a large chunk of porcelain and broke her nose in six places. In her usual manner she had this to say about it.

“I don’t do anything halfway. Smashed it like a potato chip. The best news is no surgery is required.”

American Horse Council Formally Requests USDA Delay New HPA Regulations
The following is a news release from the American Horse Council regarding the new Horse Protection Act rule set to go into effect February 1, 2025. In addition to the AHC’s request, three plaintiffs have challenged the rule in federal court in Amarillo, Texas. A decision in that lawsuit should come prior to the February 1 effective date, which could render the rule invalid and all or some of its provisions not valid and not implemented. Read More
