Brooke Jacobs is filling a position on the judging panel at this week’s Illinois State Fair. She is taking the place of John Whalen who has a detached retina. The other members of the panel are Ricky Harris and Dick Boettcher. The Illinois State Fair Horse Show runs August 7-11.
