Hilori Morgan Named USEF Director of Competition Services



 

 

(Lexington, KY) -- Hilori Morgan was named the new USEF Director of Competition Services on February 6th. Hilori is originally from West Linn, Oregon and has been riding Hunters and Jumpers for over 20 years.  She Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Intermont College in 2001 with a BA in Equine Studies and was a member of their Intercollegiate Horse Show Association team.

 

Hilori has worked for USEF since May of 2002, in the National Affiliates department as the Compliance Coordinator for Hunters and Jumpers.  Hilori will be supervising a staff of 6 in this new department.

 

The Competition Services Department is a customer service support team for USEF licensed competitions.  Each competition is assigned a liaison in the department who can provide primary customer support to the competition managers, organizers and secretaries with prize lists, insurance and rules compliance issues before, during and after the competition. The Competition Services staff is responsible for reviewing and sending out comment letters on prize lists and they also code each section of the prize lists to assist the Sport Data Department with the correct and timely posting of competition results. They also track the receipt of insurance for each competition.
