Dancing With OUR Stars Cancelled

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the UPHA, the Dancing With OUR Stars fundraiser originally scheduled for the UPHA/AHHS convention has been cancelled.

Thank you to all who previously donated.  Your tax deductible donations will be divided equally between the UPHA Benevolent Fund and the AHHS Foundation OR you may contact the AHHS through their email at ahhscsl@qx.net or write to the AHHS, 4059 Iron Works Parkway, A-3, Lexington, Ky 40511 for a refund. Please give your PayPal receipt number, your name and a current mailing address. Your refund will be distributed on January 30, 2009 by check. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
