Calendar of Events Online – What Do the Asterisks Signify?

Saddle Horse Report works hard to maintain the most comprehensive calendar of events in the Saddlebred/Morgan/Hackney show world. The basic calendar listings are free of charge to horse shows and other equine events.  Enhanced listings are available for a small fee. An enhanced listing is one that either contains direct links to a horse show’s own web site and other valuable information, or it contains the actual class sheet.

If you are an exhibitor or prospective exhibitor, the enhanced calendar listings allow you to get all the details of a show even if you are not on that show’s mailing list. It gives the exhibitor the information to help make a decision about attending that show.

If you are a show manager or the principal show contact, the enhanced listing provides more information about your show to a broader base of exhibitors. Even when a show hosts its own web site, sometimes people don’t know where to find it.

So the next time you are checking out show dates on Saddle Horse Report’s online calendar and see the asterisks, you’ll know that show has gone the extra mile to provide important details about their show for you, the exhibitor!
