BWTA High Point Equitation Awards

The Bluegrass Winter Tournament Association held its final tournament of the season on Sunday March 4 at Lakeside Arena in Versailles, KY.  High point equitation awards were presented to the following:

 

WTC/workout - Ashley Howard (Granite Hill)

WTC 17 & under - Shelby Pribble (Sandy Run)

WTC Adult - Amy Wilhoite (Justa Mere)

Specialty Class - Ali Smith (Justa Mere)

WT 6 & under - Kelsey Martin (Granite Hill)

WT 8 & under - Samantha Dulin (Granite Hill)

WT 9-10 (tie) - Melanie Palmer (Sandy Run)

WT 9-10 (tie) - Caylan Hayes (Sandy Run)

WT 11-13 - Kiley Vonlintel (Sandy Run)

WT 14-17 - Lilly Hannah (Sandy Run)

WT Adult - Kristen Prince (Sandy Run)

    The American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association (ASHBA) announced today it will move its young horse prize programs—the National Futurity, National Amateur Futurity, Four-Year-Old Sweepstakes, and Breeders Challenge—to Indianapolis for 2024 in conjunction with the All American Horse Classic (AAHC) the second week of September.
