Biggins Stables Summer Camp

Biggins Stables, located in Simpsonville, Ky., will be hosting a summer camp in June 19-24, 2006. The camp is designed for children 18 years of age and under. There is an option of day or overnight camp and a non-refundable $100 deposit is required upon registration.
The camp includes all meals, lodging, swimming, trail riding, bareback riding, educational activities, a field trip, a daily one-hour riding lesson, the care of one horse all week, a grooming contest and a fun show. Evening activities will include a hayride, barbeque and junior judging of the Shelby County Fair Horse Show.
The educational activities consist of show grooming, learning workouts, a session with a farrier and veterinarian, harnessing and driving, tail sets and tail braiding, etc. Contact Renee or Toni if you’re looking for a fun experience and an opportunity to polish up your show skills.
