Rules:   Horses must be registered American Saddlebreds.  Owners must be ASHA members, be the recorded owner of the horse, and live in North or South Carolina or the horse must be trained in North or South Carolina.  Awards must be by a 'high point' system as determined by the Charter Club (ASAC).
