Annual ASHA Raffle

The American Saddlebred Horse Association is doubling the Annual ASHA Raffle prize money and tripling the number of winners.
The fundraising raffle will now award 15 winners a total of $20,000. One person will win $5,000, two people will win $2,500 and one will win $2,000 and one, $1,500. Three winners will receive $1,000 and seven will win $500. In recent years, prizes have totaled $10,000, and there were only five winners.
The 15 winners will be drawn at the Kentucky State Fair World's Championship Horse Show during the Annual ASHA Auction Thursday, August 25 at the Executive West. The 15 winners will then be brought into center ring at that evening's performance at the horse show to receive their prize money.
ASHA is selling 400 tickets, and the proceeds will benefit the youth scholarship program and the new ASHA Futures Fund. The ASHA Futures Fund will support the technological advances the Association is making, including an improved, interactive website.
Tickets are $100 and can be purchased by calling ASHA (859) 259-2742, ext. 301. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Winners do not have to be present.
