Anne Judd Returns To Dayton As A Judge

Anne Durham Judd returns to the Dayton Horse Show but this time to judge the 150th anniversary horse show. She has just recently joined the staff at Spring Lane Ranch, LLC in Lakeland, FL. A Louisville native who has spent her life working in the horse industry will be heading the Saddlebred and Morgan divisions in her new position in Florida.

Her expertise is as diverse as are her judging credentials. This year she will also judge the South African National Championship in Bloemfontein in April.

“Returning to judge at the Dayton Horse Show, which has always been considered one of my favorite shows, brings back many childhood memories,” said Judd. “When I showed, the Dayton Horse Show combined different disciplines, had wonderful exhibitor parties and I was especially awed by the antics of the local Shriners who headed the shows back in the ‘60s. Showing horses to a packed crowd at a great venue with supportive spectators made this a standout show.”

The dates for this year’s show are August 2 - 5.
