SHELBURNE, VT—The American Morgan Horse Association (AMHA) has announced that its national headquarters has signed a ten-year lease with Redstone, a Burlington-based commercial real estate firm, for office facilities located at 4066 Shelburne Road in Shelburne, Vermont.
Executive Director Julie Broadway stated, "AMHA looks forward to a long partnership with Redstone and their new neighbors at Shelburne Commons. The staff and board of directors were pleased to find office facilities nearby that are suitable for our operations and offer access and visibility from Route 7. We anticipate relocating this fall when final preparations are complete."
The National Museum of the Morgan Horse, which is owned and operated by the American Morgan Horse Institute, is also located at the Bostwick Road address and also will be relocating in the coming months. Museum Council members are exploring several potential locations in Vermont with a desire to ensure the Museum is well positioned for visitors and convenient to local Morgan horse farms such that visitors can have a personal experience with horses.
