4-Year-Old Sweepstakes Moving to Louisville

The American Saddlebred Registry Sweepstakes for four year old horses will be held at the 2012 Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show. The classes that will be held are five-gaited, three-gaited, fine-harness, and park pleasure. These classes will have the Kentucky Incentive Program money added to the premiums. They will be held on Sunday night, August 19, and the class will qualify the entry for the Junior championship of that division.
This year will be the first year for the American Saddlebred Registry National Park Futurity. It will also be held at the Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show with a class on Wednesday afternoon and the finals, if needed, on Saturday afternoon.
If there are any questions about the eligibility for these classes please contact the American Saddlebred Association. The horse must be entered in the Kentucky State Fair by the entry closing date of the show.
