Wheeler to Judge Des Moines Springfest

The Iowa State Fairgrounds will host the Des Moines Springfest Horse Show April 27-30. Steve Wheeler has been invited to judge all classes for the Saddlebred, Hackney, roadster, open breed, equitation, miscellaneous and academy divisions.
