UPHA Memorial Golf Challenge to Benefit Chapter Nine

The Memorial Golf Challenge will be held Sunday July 11th and promises to be a great event. The 2021 challenge is dedicated to the memory of Carol Greenwell, Don Stafford, Sallie Wheeler, Randy Tabor, Ed Frickey and Ronnie Graham.

The memorial golf challenge has long been a favorite event in the week of festivities for the famed Lexington Junior League Horse Show. This year’s event will be held at Marriott Griffin Gate Golf Course and the Putting Contest starts at 10 am. Lunch will follow at 11 am and the challenge will begin at noon.

  • Address Change Announced to Honor WC Wing Commander

    In 2012, a new road was built at the Kentucky Horse Park leading from Iron Works Parkway past the sculpture of Supreme Sultan by Patricia Crane. That road was named Wing Commander Way in honor of the iconic American Saddlebred, CH Wing Commander.  Read More
