The UPHA would like to invite you to complete the following survey. The purpose of this survey is to allow UPHA members to evaluate the recent World's Championship Horse Show. Completing this evaluation is optional. However, the UPHA encourages trainers, owners and exhibitors to use this opportunity to inform us about both positive and negative aspects of the competition. Your voice will be heard! While these evaluations are confidential, the UPHA will utilize the summary data, and the information gathered will be presented to Kentucky State Fair Advisory Board to effect positive change at the Kentucky State Fair World's Championship Horse Show and equestrian sports in general
