UPHA Chapter 18 Spring Riding Clinic
Tuesday, December 31, 2013
It is not too early to be making plans to attend the UPHA Spring Riding Clinic sponsored by Chapter 18, Virginia and West Virginia. This year will mark the 19th year in a row for this very special event and, as in the past, it will be held at the Virginia Horse Center on March 7th and 8th. We are very pleased to feature the popular World Champion trainer Melissa Moore of Versailles, Ky. If those dates sound familiar, it is because the clinic will be held the same weekend as the ASHAV convention, so it will be easy to attend both activities!
Private lessons as well as group lessons are offered and you have the option of bringing your own horse to get in some real show ring experience or riding a lesson horse that can be provided. It is an excellent way to brush up for the upcoming show season, work on some problem areas, or just get more riding experience under the expert guidance of Melissa Moore. Spectators are welcome too.
You can also rent a booth and sell used equipment or riding clothes at the “Horsey Fleamarket” that will be going on at the same time as the riding clinic. What a great way to sell those items you have laying around the barn and get a little extra cash to boot!

Clinic registrations must be made in advance.
