U.P.H.A. Chapter 18 Spring Riding Clinic

It is not too early to be making plans to attend the UPHA Spring Riding Clinic sponsored by Chapter 18, Virginia and West Virginia.   This year will mark the 13th year in a row for this very special event and, as in the past, it will be held at the Virginia Horse Center on March 10 & 11.   We are very pleased to feature World Champion instructors Kathy Boggs and Erin Boggs Richey.   If those dates sound familiar, it is because the clinic will be held the same weekend as the ASHAV convention, so it will be easy to attend both activities!

Private lessons as well as group lessons are offered. Participants have the option of bringing their own horses to get in some real show ring experience or riding a lesson horse that can be provided.  It is an excellent way to brush up for the upcoming show season, work on some problem areas, or just get more riding experience under the expert guidance of Kathy and Erin. Spectators are welcome too.

Rental booths are available to sell used equipment or riding clothes at the “Horsey Fleamarket” that will be going on at the same time as the riding clinic.  What a great way to sell those items that are lying around the barn and get a little extra cash to boot!

For more information contact Nancy Troutman at (540) 384-6909 MWSINC516@aol.com or Smith Lilly at (304) 384-8800.  Entries must be made in advance.

Plan to come join in this fun and great learning experience!
