UPHA Chapter 18 Offers Spring Riding Clinic

It’s that time again! Time to be making plans to attend the UPHA Spring Riding Clinic sponsored by Chapter 18, Virginia and West Virginia. This year will mark the 10th year in a row for this very special event and, as in the past, it will be held at the Virginia Horse Center March 12-13. We are very pleased to feature the return of Rob and Sarah Byers as our instructors.

Private lessons as well as group lessons are offered and you have the option of bringing your own horse to get in some real show ring experience or riding a lesson horse that can be provided. It is an excellent way to brush up for the upcoming show season, work on some problem areas or just get more riding experience under the expert guidance of the Byers. Spectators are welcome too.

This year you can also rent a booth and sell used equipment or riding clothes at the “Horsey Fleamarket” that will be going on at the same time as the riding clinic. What a great way to sell those items you have laying around the barn and get a little extra cash to boot!

Representatives from LeCheval and Champ’s Horse Supply will also be on hand to supply your horsey clothing and supply needs.

For more information contact Nancy Troutman (540)384- 6909 MWSINC516@aol.com or Smith Lilly at (304)384-8800. Entries must be made in advance.
