UPHA Chapter 9 To Host Fundraiser

UPHA Chapter 9 is proud to present the 2nd Annual Horsemen and Women Select Fall Sale. The event will take place Thursday, October 7th during the Kentucky Fall Classic Horse Show in the Clubhouse Lounge, located ringside. A cocktail hour beginning at 6 p.m. will feature entertainment by local horsemen and musicians Chad Graham and Gabe Deknatel. Finger food will be provided by Keith Kurz/Honey Baked Ham and a cash bar will be available. The auction will begin at 7 p.m. Not only did last year’s auction raise over $13,000 for Chapter 9, the KY Fall Classic Horse Show and the Dewey Henderson Benevolent Fund, but most importantly, everyone had a blast! Please join us this year to make it even better. Consignments will include Clark Clouse, John Conatser, Scott Bennett and Dannette Musselman, to name a few. These consignments will sell with dinners, opportunities to watch horses work, a day at Keeneland and more! Come bid on your favorite. Tickets are $10 now or $12 at the door (discounted rates for children under 10). Bidders must be 18 and over or accompanied by an adult and payment is by check or cash only. Sorry, no credit cards. A complete list of consignments will appear soon on and other ASB internet sites as well as in the trade publications.
