UPHA Annual Membership Meeting and Proposed Bylaw Changes Announced

All UPHA members are encouraged to attend the Professional and Associate Annual Members' meetings during the UPHA National Conference at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL, January 4-7, 2023.
The UPHA Governance Committee has submitted and the UPHA Board of Directors has approved the submission of the proposed bylaw changes. The proposed UPHA Bylaw changes will be discussed and voted on by the membership at the UPHA Professional Members Meeting on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
The UPHA membership is hereby notified of these proposed bylaw changes according to Article XIII, SECTION 1 of the UPHA Membership Bylaws.
