Updates for Arizona National

A few updates for the Jan. 11-12, 2013 Arizona National Saddlebred and Gaited Horse Show.

Most of you are aware that Westworld is still in the midst of remodeling the facility and that Barrett Jackson will be going on the same weekend as our horse show in 2013. Please use the east entrance off 94th Street and McDowell Mountain Ranch Rd. to enter Westworld and avoid the west entrance off the 101 or Pima Road. This entrance does not provide access to the horse facilities at all on Sunday, January 13th due to the car auction.

The horse show office will open at 12 noon on Friday January 11 and stalls will be available starting after 8:00 AM. Teresa Buck is the stabling manager this year and will handle all stabling. The horse show is trying to ensure a single point of coordination with Westworld and the shavings people so once they have your stall count, which they will need by January 10th  this will go to Teresa to coordinate opening and providing charts to the Feed & Bedding folks. Michelle will have the horse show office open at 12 noon Friday to 4:00 PM to process your entries and she will be back Saturday at 8 am to open the office. The show office is located west of arena #5.

They have added a few classes so be sure to check the website for the latest schedule information at www.anls.org
