Lexington, Kentucky – Chris Shafer, of Lexington, Kentucky, has been hired by the American Saddlebred Horse Association as its technology and communications manager, effective Thursday, June 29.
Shafer will be primarily responsible for overseeing technological functions, as well as increasing revenues through the Association’s magazine and website and contributing to magazine editorial content.
