Superior Sales Update

Superior Sales' Fall Sale will be held Dec. 2-3, 2005 at the Midway Exposition Center, Columbia, Mo. The sale will feature American Saddlebreds, Hackneys and Roadsters as well as a complete tack and equipment sale for which this sale is noted.

Midway Exposition Center is conveniently located on Interstate 70 in Columbia, placing it halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City. As the site for numerous horse shows, Midway Expo Center offers the top quality atmosphere for which Superior Sales has become noted by transforming the show arena into a colorful festive sale facility. The Expo Center is a full service facility for sale attendees with a restaurant, motel and fuel service on site.

Again the trademark of Superior Sales will be the show ring type atmosphere against a decorative backdrop lined with white fencing and green shavings. The setting gives those in attendance the ability to see each entry as it would appear at a premier horse show by the excellent visibility and ample turns. Spectators may view the sale from ringside tables or elevated seating. An adjacent heated warm up ring and barns complete with food and beverage service add to the pleasant atmosphere of the event.

Vendors will be on hand in conjunction with The Fall Sale 2005 for the added convenience of both spectators and consignors. A wide variety of tack and equipment will be sold prior to the horse sessions. Superior Sales will post its Web Sales Catalog and related sale information at www.horseshowcalender.com providing unprecedented exposure for consignors and their entries. Each year the site receives over 150,000 hits at the site where consignment forms may be downloaded, entries consigned via the Internet and the sales catalog viewed in full color while keeping up to date with any supplemental sales entries.

The consignment fee for the 2005 Fall Sale will continue to be $250 which serves as the sales commission on any sale up to $2,500 with a 10 percent commission on any sales price over that amount. The closing date for the sales catalog will be October 25, 2005 with the sales catalogs mailed in mid-November and available at the American Royal Horse Show.

With top sales figures, easy accessibility for buyers and sellers, and incomparable atmosphere and hospitality, Superior Sales Fall Sale 2005 is the place to be in early December. Central Missouri features an abundance of area Saddlebred and Hackney facilities, great shopping, fine restaurants, nearby casinos and entertainment. Ease of transportation with Columbia Regional, St. Louis and Kansas City airports offering competitive fares for air travel and the convenience of Interstate 70 from any part of the country is another added feature.

Continuing updates will appear in all equine publications and at www.horseshopper.net.
