The sales catalog for Superior Sales, LLC fall sale, to be held Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 2001, is now available by mail and via the Internet at www.horseshopper.net. The catalog will also be distributed at the American Royal.
Due to several requests, additional consignments will be accepted. These sale entries will be placed immediately on the Internet catalog and will be distributed at the sale in a supplemental catalog. Consignment fees will remain at $250 per entry which serves as the commission up to $2500.
Sessions for the sale will be held Friday, Nov. 30, at 7 p.m.and Saturday Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. A tack sale, with Brian Chappell and Al Montgomery as auctioneers, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, at 8 a.m. The tack sale will feature a large variety of tack, equipment, and related items.
Superior Sales, LLC will feature top quality consignments in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. In addition to auctioneer Jimmy Price and announcer Peter Fenton, Brian Chappell and Al Montgomery will serve, with Craig Lamps, as ring men. Beth Snider will serve as office manager and Tim Lockard will be the sale clerk. Mid Rivers Equine Services will be the sale veterinary staff.
A wide variety of vendors will be available on site. Carl Meyers Riding Apparel, Jerald Sulky Co., Kennedy Harness Company, Eloquent Expressions, Bismarck Metal Works and Terry Bennett’s Tack, among others, will be located adjacent to the the sales ring. Moore Jaguar will present the new 2002 Jaguar cars on display. A buffet dinner will be available each evening beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Superior Sales, LLC strives to meet the goals of its consignors by presenting the sale entries to allow prospective buyers the opportunity to see the horses and ponies in a show ring-like setting.
