COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Equestrian Studies Department at Stephens College announces the return of its summer riding camp this year. The camp, to be held June 21-27, 2009 at the Stephens Equestrian Center, in Columbia, Mo., is designed for riders wanting to hone their skills before a show, trainers searching for new methods, or saddle seat or dressage professionals interested in receiving equestrian training within an academic environment.

Participants will delve into teaching methodology, skill development, stable management, pattern work, workouts and dressage tests and networking resource development.
