SpringMill Morgans reducing their numbers through Morgan Opportunity Online Auction

For Immediate Release- Indianapolis, IN  – With over 20 years of breeding and showing Morgan horses, the SpringMill Morgans prefix personifies quality, athleticism and success.  The Morgan community will get a chance to buy into their success through the Morgan Opportunity Online Auction that will run the evening of January 28, 2014 at 8:00 pm CST.

World Champions, young prospects and broodmares include the six horses that they have chosen to consign.  Their decision to reduce their numbers is based upon Dr. Huse’s retirement from the medical field earlier this winter. “We will always have and will continue to breed Morgans just on a smaller scale. It is a big part of our lives.” Dr. Huse explained.

SpringMill’s golden cross between their foundation stallion Nostradamus and Tug Hill Commando daughter, Treble’s Unchained Melody proves itself every year with champion after champion.  Unchained Melody has produced seven World Champions since 2003. Three daughters representing this cross will be available through the auction as well as World Champion SpringMill O What A Night who earned his first world title last year.  Full siblings to those going through the sale include SpringMill Superstition, SpringMill Ring of Fire and SpringMill Medicine Man.

Addis Equine Auction will be hosting the sale and all listings can be seen at www.addisonlineauctions.com. Videos, pictures and information can be seen for these and all other consignments. In order to bid, you must register with Addis Auction Company prior to the start of the sale. The sale may also be viewed but you must create an account through their web site.

Anyone interested in these horses may contact Kurt Hufferd or Shanna Gish at Indian Creek Farm by calling 260-396-2640 or emailing [email protected]. Appointments may be made to see these horses in person and any pre-purchase exams are invited.

Please visit www.addisliveonlineauctions for more information about these horses and auction guidelines.
