Saddlebred Rescue Luncheon at Louisville



Louisville, KY – Saddlebred Rescue, Inc. announces plans for our annual benefit luncheon and silent auction on Thursday, August 25, 2011 starting at 11:30 am-1:30pm.   The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located across from the main entrance of the fairgrounds in the Coronet Ballroom. 

Join us for a great Buffet lunch, some fantastic auction items, meet with your friends and learn more about the the Saddlebred Rescue mission and adoption program.   It’s also a gathering time for those Angels who have already adopted and wish to share pictures and updates of their Treasures.

Tickets are $25 and will automatically place you in the drawing for a beautiful chocolate brown Gucci tote bag donated by Karen Powell.  Tickets can be purchased on the Saddlebred Rescue website, www.saddlebredrescue.com, at the UPHA booth in the West Wing or at the door the day of the event.

Stop by our stall near the UPHA booth and meet one our rescues and learn more about the great works of Saddlebred Rescue.

Saddlebred Rescue has been fortunate to already receive donations of trips, historic stallion ads from the early 40’s, art and crystal, jewelry, vintage books, tack trunk, Saddlebred magazines ad, and many gift certificates for camps, riding apparel and much more.  The silent auction this year is bigger and better than ever thanks to so many concerned and caring donors.

To make this Luncheon a true success, we need YOU! Donations for silent auction items are still being accepted. Sponsorship packages are available for individuals or corporations! Remember, donations are tax deductible. We look forward to seeing you.
