Saddlebred Rescue Announces Director of Fundraising



Louisville, KY – Saddlebred Rescue, Inc announces their new Director of Fundraising, Sarah Liebert Garner. Garner will start her new position effective immediately, organizing fundraisers, special events, promotions, sponsorships, and activities to get the youth involved with Saddlebred Rescue.

Garner has worked with Pat Johnson, Executive Director and Saddlebred Rescue as the Event Chair for the Louisville Luncheon and Silent Auction that took place August 21, 2008. She has also been a foster home for several Treasures including Cat Tail, Jedi, and Melman. She is the adoptive home for the "Golden Oldies": Sequoia and Ms. Redwood.

Johnson said of the new addition, "We are thrilled to welcome Sarah on board. She has a lot of new ideas and is full of enthusiasm and energy. She will be a huge asset to our organization."

"I am looking forward to the challenge of raising funds for Saddlebred Rescue. I have enjoyed working with Pat (Johnson) and the entire team. I am excited and already getting started on new projects," Garner said of the position.
