The Robertson Equine Fall Sale, scheduled for November 20th will be preceded by the tack sale which is now one day only; November 19th. The tack sale and horse/pony sale will be held at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Shelbyville, Kentucky.

American Horse Council Formally Requests USDA Delay New HPA Regulations
The following is a news release from the American Horse Council regarding the new Horse Protection Act rule set to go into effect February 1, 2025. In addition to the AHC’s request, three plaintiffs have challenged the rule in federal court in Amarillo, Texas. A decision in that lawsuit should come prior to the February 1 effective date, which could render the rule invalid and all or some of its provisions not valid and not implemented. Read More
