Road Pony Camp To Take Place In July

Shamrock Farm’s will be hosting a Road Pony Camp from July 13-19, 2003. There will be a second week, July 20-26, for overflow of 20 or more campers. Road Pony Camp is a 15 year tradition with Rob, Julianne and Ashley Wilson in Smithfield, Ky. The Hackney Ponies are all show ponies and many are even world champions. A Hackney horse in addition to road horses are also being added. Road pony camp will be held at a new facility built specifically for camps and retreats at the Wilsons’ farm in Smithfield. The location has two arenas and a 285 foot work aisle adjacent to a four acre swimming and fishing lake. Road Pony Camp is open to both youth and adults.
