Road Horse Museum Grand Opening

The American Road Horse and Pony Association will be holding the grand opening of the American Road Horse Natural Museum on Sunday July 10, 2005 at 7 pm at the Red Mile in Lexington, Ky. After months of renovating, many members of the association including Pat Cropper and Raymond Shively will be present for the ribbon cutting in the famous Round Barn. Steven Chancellor, a significant supporter of the museum and former owner of the world champion road horse, The Natural, will also be on hand for the celebration. Cropper has arranged for famous Kentuckian guest speakers as well. Wine and cheese will be served as patrons view the many photos and historical pieces of road horse history dating back to the early 1900s.
