Proposed West Virginia Equestrian/Events Center
Monday, April 9, 2007
Dear Equine Enthusiast:
On behalf of the City of Bluefield and the City of Princeton, the Equestrian Park Initiative Committee (EPIC) is exploring the merits of constructing a proposed West Virginia Equestrian/Events Center. The facility will be designed for use by West Virginia citizens and as an economic generator attracting visitors from outside the State.
As part of our research, we are interested in receiving input from prospective users. Because we are trying to obtain input from a wide variety of prospective users on several issues, we have designed two survey forms: one for equine event producers/organizers and one for the individual horse owner/rider. If you fit into both categories, please respond to both surveys separately. If you represent multiple organizations and/or events, you may submit multiple Show Producer survey forms; one for each event type you represent.

INDIVIDUAL survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=634913525690
All of the questions on the surveys may not be pertinent to you or your organization. Please answer the appropriate questions as best you can as they relate to your individual use or the organization(s) that you represent. If you have received this survey from another source (e.g. picked it up at a local feed store), please do not submit duplicate surveys.
Our consultant will be tabulating the results of this survey so please SUBMIT YOUR INPUT BY FRIDAY, APRIL 13. Please call Karel Garside at (813) 301-2343 if you have any questions regarding this survey effort.
Thanks for your participation,
Region I Planning & Development Council and Equestrian Park Initiative Committee
