Plans Underway For Michigan Morgan Breeders’ Futurity

Michigan Morgan Horse Breeders’ Futurity and Fall Horse Show will be held again this year at the Michigan State University Pavilion in East Lansing, Michigan on September 8-10, 2017. Mike Carpenter from Sutton, Massachusetts will be the judge this year. Entries for the show are due by August 15, 2017 and the prize list and entry form can be found at Michiganmorganfuturity.com.
The show features Morgan open and futurity classes, Saddlebred classes and Pony classes with championships offered in all divisions. The show is recognized by AMHA (3 star), ASHA, MJMHA, ASHAM, MHSA, TSHSA and qualifies for the Hackney Adult Amateur Driving Challenge. The show also offers option classes so if there are any classes that anyone would like to have added, they can pay to do so. The show hosts a pizza party on Friday, an exhibitor party on Saturday and donuts and coffee every morning of the show.
