Pizzuto Joins Saddle Horse Report Team

Sara Pizzuto has joined the team of Saddle Horse Report as a full-time editorial and social media representative. Pizzuto brings a wealth of experience in the horse industry together with her journalistic education and a passion for all things horses to her new position.

“We are so grateful to have Sara join our team of experienced, knowledgeable and passionate staff,” said Publisher Christy Womack. “Sara began doing Report TV interviews and smaller editorial assignments several years ago, and we are delighted to be able to utilize her talents on a full-time basis. She will be a valuable member of our team”

Sara Pizzuto, a native of Cheshire, Conn., began her riding career at the age of eight years old under the direction of Lance Wetmore at Bittersweet Farm. She then furthered her equestrian training, moving to Taylor River Farm in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire to ride with Sarah Gove and Richard Boule. She attended Quinnipiac University, where she obtained both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communications and journalism. While in college, she quickly realized that fusing her love of writing with her love of horses would be an ideal future career.

Sara continues to ride competitively at Taylor River Farm. This season, she will once again be showing the multi-titled world champion Bri-B Crystalpiece GCH and LCK Stardust in the hunter pleasure division.
