Peggy Richardson Dies

Posted February 21, 2002 Longtime Saddlebred trainer/instructor Peggy Richardson of Oklahoma City, Okla., passed away Tuesday evening, February 19, following a lengthy battle with cancer.
Past recipient of the Audrey Gutridge Award, Richardson not only excelled in the show ring, but shaped the lives of many young people in the Oklahoma area. Richardson was also one of the original staff members of the Saddle Horse Report.
Services will be held Saturday, February 23, at 11:30 a.m. at All Souls Church in Oklahoma City. The burial will be following the church services at Fair Lawn Cemetery. Hahn/Cook Funeral Home is handling the arrangements (#405-848-3744).
