Pack Your Pink for New England Morgan

Don’t forget to "pack your pink!" The UPHA Pink Ribbon Class at New England Morgan will be held on Saturday, during the 1 pm session. Everyone is asked to wear pink on Saturday.

Fred Nava, Show Manager, is pleased to announce the addition of the UPHA Pink Ribbon Class to the 2008 New England Morgan Horse Show. The Show Committee unanimously voted to apply for the class and support the cause. The committee is honored to join other shows like the UPHA American Royal National Championship Horse Show in the fight against breast cancer.

The Ladies English Pleasure Championship has been designated the UPHA Pink Ribbon Class. The class will be held during the afternoon session on Saturday. The show's involvement with the Pink Ribbon Class is an opportunity to support those living with cancer, celebrate cancer survivors, and remember those we have lost to the disease. The goal throughout the week in Northampton is to bring awareness and show support to Morgan families dealing with the disease.

Opportunities will be available at the show for those who choose to donate to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure. Funds collected during the week will be forwarded to the UPHA Foundation and added to UPHA’s goal of raising $100,000.
