Obituary - Tina Lessnau

We are saddened to report the death of a long-time Morgan horse breeder and exhibitor Ernestina (Tina) Lessnau on May 2, 2013 at the age of 62. Tina, who was the owner of Hidden Dreams Farm in Milford, MI, was a familiar figure on the Michigan show circuit. She was a gracious competitor who had a ready smile and a kind word for everyone.

Tina bred many fine horses with the HDP prefix, including the multi-titled HDP Noble Warrior and her park harness mare, HDP Warrior Princess. She also enjoyed a successful show ring career with such fine horses as Bellagio and her breeding stallion, JDS Paladin Pazazz.

Tina, who was born in Detroit, was proud of her Mexican heritage. In addition to loving her horses, she enjoyed music, dancing, travelling and exploring.

Our deepest sympathy goes to her husband of 32 years, Tom Iannucci, her daughters Kate and Stephanie and her extended family. She will be sorely missed by everyone in the Morgan community. A funeral mass was held for Tina at the St. William Catholic Church in Walled Lake, MI.
